Vertical Leaf Filter
Our Vertical Leaf Filters are standard equipped filters, that can be used for numerous filtration processes. Both models are pressure filters with vertical filter leafs.
Our vertical leaf filters are available with Horizontal or Vertical tank execution.
Filters can be utilized for dry or wet cake discharge in a completely closed system.
Thanks to it’s unique construction, the filter tank can be easily retracted making the filter plates accessible for the removal of the filter cakes.
Vertical Leaf Filters are suited to processes with a high volume and a high solid content.
All Vertical Leaf Filters can be supplied in automated versions.
The leafs filter on both sides, offering a large filtration area in a relatively small vessel.
The "heavy duty" filter plates consist of a perforated support layer with on both sides a drainage layer and a wire mesh filtration layer. This construction assures sturdiness and durability. It is possible to remove the wire mesh media on location. 
The vertical leaf filter consists of a vertical tank or horizontal tank and is suitable for wet or dry cake discharge. Wet cake discharge filter models are cleaned by built-in spray pipes. The slurry is discharged through a large bottom drain.
Dry cake discharge filter models are equipped with a pneumatic vibrator. The cake is discharged either through a hydraulic operated quick opening tank bottom or a butterfly valve.
Our filters are reliable filter systems for high volumes with a horizontal retractable filter tank. Thanks to this unique construction, the filter tank can be easily retracted making the filter plates accessible for the removal of filter cake or maintenance. Dismantling of piping/fittings is not necessary due to the retractable filter tank. The filters can be configured for either wet or dry cake discharge.
